With streaming possibly winning people awards and in general becoming fairly common, I thought it necessary to make a thread for streaming plans.

Here's how it works. If you stream, put a list (roughly) like mine in one of your posts in this thread. Of course, it goes without saying that replying is always possible.

Anyways, here's my overview:
Quote:Soulephant Dabbles Live

  • XCOM 2 (For now)
  • Breath of Fire II corruptions

  • Magic the Gathering, DotP 1997, Shandalar
  • Hard Hat III (For the sake of my nostalgia. Warning: May be subpar!)

  • Touhou: Mystical Power Plant
  • Donkey Kong Country of any kind
Possible co-commentators:
  • Blackmore Darkwing
  • Thanatos Zero
  • Maybe someone else
LAPTOP STATE: Well, I got a laptop that is almost cutting-edge at the time of purchase, being 21-2-2014. Streaming can pick up again.

Happy listing and whatnot. Big Grin
Ooh! Sure, here's what's happening currently with me;

I just thought I'd come and say the above is true and these streams do actually happen and I do some of the streaming.

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
I stream sometimes(when I can)I guess so might as well make this thing:

So I got a new laptop finally, and one that should do wonders at that. If everything works, I might stream tomorrow from around 22:30 21:30 (my time, obviously) and onward. If not, it's going to take a while yet due to my birthday coming up.
Quote:phew, verdict on this stream: While there are still lag issues for some, (that and I need to figure out better configurations) this laptop can handle it just fine.
So the Sparkster stream is over. Now you can use either deadchat (likely) or this topic (less likely) to try and tell me what to stream next time.

I also added a field for things I have already streamed.
So to dust off this thread... I added Castlevania Bloodlines to my list and made it the upcoming project. In fact, I intend to stream it tomorrow. However, I make no promises, so check this post later. It might contain an edit noting a cancellation of the stream.

EDIT: I've streamed Castlevania Bloodlines but not beaten it. I will dedicate another stream to that another day.
Note for mods: I've been thinking this should move to Let's Plays considering it's fairly similar.

While waiting for Chaos Advance Wars to fill up (yes, it's still a thing), I intend to stream Crystal Chronicles. I have already done a few things, so it most likely won't be a full PT. In fact, I will be doing tedious things off-screen as well if I can help it.

More importantly, this will be a weekly thing, and I'll stream saturday and/or sunday. Watching every full day is unnecessary and I don't recommend it. Just dropping in should be enough. I'm not picky on my viewer total. Wink
So I suppose the Smash Fever has worn off enough on me to at least stream.

However, my priorities will be shifting. I keep hearing things about Cave Story, especially how there is a freeware version, so that'll probably my next big streaming project. Yes, Crystal Chronicles will be shelved for the time being. But next saturday, I think I'll have some live fun with Cleverbot, whose name speaks for itself.
BS Everything's Extra Life Charity Event Stream: http://www.livestream.com/bseverything

Ongoing projects: Nothing

Upcoming stream: At least Bubble Bobble is confirmed for play, more details to follow more donations.

Streamed:

Majora's Mask
Ocarina of Time
Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition
Sonic Generations
Mega Man X
Boktai: The Sun is In Your Hands

Other possible plans:

Boktai 2: Solar Boy Django
Hyrule Warriors
Mario Kart 8

Possible co-commentators:

Will be playing on high-end PC with a capture card.
Here's a reminder that I will finally get back into the groove by streaming Super Punch-Out!!

Again, on saturdays I stream anytime from 19:00-23:30. It'll probably be on the earlier side of the spectrum this time, so do tune in in just over an hour. I shall keep you posted on chat anyways.
Gonna start back streaming art and graphic wise.

https://picarto.tv/live/channel.php?watc...softheArts

Streams start on Mondays and Wednesdays at around 5:15 PM Central time.

Mondays will be full on drawing practice for large stuff like portraits and fighting game sprites, and Wednesdays will be smaller sprites and effects.
So while I won't be streaming this year, I will probably try again next year, after I get one of my LPs up or in that process.

The good news is that I might just have solved the cursor problem that has been haunting various of my streams. The bad news is that it took me so long it's ridiculous. Maybe I have ideas for a better setup in general. We shall see next year when I continue Super Punch Out!! and see if that's worth continuing.

Also, I'm still wondering if I should stick to livestream or if something else (such as twitch) might be a bit more convenient.
Okay, so for the longest time (almost a year), I never knew whether I could spare some time or not. LPing proved to be time intensive. Streaming, not so much.

Anyway, it finally happens Saturday 13th! I can finally afford to spend some time streaming again! To celebrate my then found freedom, that's exactly what I will be doing. As usual, I will probably kick off around 19:00 (UTC/GMT+2, Central European Summer Time), but you'll probably hear a more exact time later.

Since I can finally afford to mess things up again, that's exactly what I will be doing. Yes, I'll try my hand at corruptions! Denoted in bold are those I know yield good results: (And in red, those where it's absolutely uncertain)
  • Sparkster (SNES)
  • Castlevania Bloodlines
  • Breath of Fire II (Maybe I experimented too much XD)
  • Donkey Kong Country 2
  • Aero Fighters
  • Gokujou Parodius
  • Super Ghosts 'n Ghouls
  • Wario Land II
  • Wario Land 3 (Despite the Vinesauce Corrupter yielding good results on that one)
  • Shantae (but that one's obvious. 2002 GB game and all that)
  • Mario Party 2
I have planned ahead a bit as to not waste any time, so if people could watch, that'd definitely be swell!

On another note, Livestream has a few problems, like going rampant with removing recordings and not being able to see the chat easily, so I'm considering switching. Youtube comes to mind, but it's kind of complicated, especially the Open Broadcaster Software. If people could point me to good (and preferably easy) alternatives, that'd really help.

Also, another reminder to the mods: Perhaps this topic now belongs in the Let's Play subforum.
Just a heads up that, as of now, it's only 15 minutes before I hope to be live.

Here's the thing

You can also stay tuned on chat, where I may or may not post this link, if not someone else.
I know there is a fair few things I still have to do, but this saturday is the last time for a while I think I can stream, so why not. There's more corruptions on the menu:
  1. Breath of Fire II continued (SNES)
  2. Megaman 6 (NES)
  3. Super Punch-Out!! (SNES)
As you can see I'm planning a bit more this time, and also streamlining because that 4 hour streaming is something I'd rather not repeat. I'll be cutting at least 1 hour compared to the last time.

I was not aware that there was a port of Mega Man 6 on the Super Nintendo.
Derp. Fixed.
Heads-up here: It's looking like things might be delayed due to my parents deciding to be slightly late with dinner.

I'll post the link anyway, so stay tuned there or in chat for when I'm actually starting.

Please bare with me here. ^_^'
