Megaman Powered Up Sprite Contest

So here's the contest:
Create a single, action-posed sprite of a robot master (Existing or custom) or an idle animation of a robot master(Again, existing or custom)

Sprite must be in my custom MMPU-esque style. (Samples here)
Color limit: 16 colors counting transparency
Character must be appropriate height compared to my sprites.
You're allowed to do a character I've already done if you'd like.

Deadline: June 15th. Best of luck.

Velocity Man. 11 colors + transparency.

A rebuild of an earlier robot master design I made a long time ago. Appearance is based off of a Harrier VTOL.

So I actually never started on the sprite for the contest back when you first started the contest, but I still had the sketches, fortunately.

Edit: For those who are confused, as this is the first time I've unveiled this version of Velocity Man:
- His head is modeled after a fighter jet cockpit.
- He has jet turbines on his shoulders.
- He only has 12 colors because I didn't completely finish his color scheme, only his design and attack patterns.

Edit 2: More retouching, better highlighting (?).

I'm thinking of adding more frames but I'll have to get used to Vista's version of MS Paint first...

Vista paint is awful. I'd recomend you go with the free version of Graphicsgale over it.

edit: And I just now see that I forgot to include the darkest black shade to the color palette, which should add up to 15+transparency with it included.
