Nevertheless, you could probably cut down the palette by removing similar colors: light blue/blue/gray, indigo/black.

It looks like it was auto-re sized, so it's resized, and resizing is a automatic fuzzy. (unless it's sized up already)

So guess who got bored and decided to edit thier own sprites to be something else. This guy. From AU NeoMan to model N. C+c please. I'm thinking of just tweaking model N and using that as the AU neoman. I prefer this design anyway.

Not really. Anything would suffice. It'd be interesting to see. That and it'd make him look better IMHO. Maybe not design wise but as an overall character.
